At Vella Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home's glow, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible fixtures and lamps. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging and in uninstalled condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Package With Care
Place the lighting fixture back in its original box with all internal protective padding, hardware, and instruction manuals to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the carton and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
